Here at Savage Wolves our pack is strong! We are a positive, fun and competitive environment where the only battle is you vs you. We accommodate athletes of all capabilities from beginner to advanced. Our pack is built through physical and mental strength combined with intense but scalable workouts. CrossFit is described as constantly varied functional fitness movements performed at high intensity. All of our coaches are Level 1 Certified and are here to guide you on your journey.

Savage Wolves Fitness Classes
Classes based on constantly varying , functional fitness movements. A high intensity mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio and bodyweight exercises.
Classes based on core CrossFit movements but tailored for the needs and abilities of younger athletes.
Classes focusing on Olympic lifts: the snatch, clean and jerk and all accessory movements.
Classes focusing on the squat, bench press, deadlift and all accessory movements.
